Registration Form & Instructions

1.     The registration form can be found here and should be sent via email to the following address: icsaam2026@gmail.com

2.     Co-Author cannot and should not register as an “Accompanying person”.

3.     Students must attach supplementary a proof of being enrolled in a university as Master or PhD student.

Registration Fees

Early registration (until July 31st, 2026):500 Euros
Late registration (from August 1st, 2026):550 Euros
Students’ early registration (including summer school):250 Euros
Students’ late registration (including summer school):300 Euros
Accompanying Person:150 Euros
Early Exhibitors’ registration (until July 31st, 2026):1500 Euros (not incl. 24% VAT)
Late Exhibitors’ registration (from August 1st, 2026):2000 Euros (not incl. 24% VAT)

Registration fees include:
  • Conference proceedings in a USB form
  • Access to all sessions
  • Conference bag and materials
  • Author certificates
  • Participation to the Reception Party
  • Participation to the official dinner
  • All coffee breaks
  • Free lunches
  • Summer school for all participating students
Exhibition fees include:
  • 4sq. meters exhibition space
  • Walls
  • Electricity
  • Table and two chairs
  • 2 complimentary full conference registrations
  • 2 tickets to the conference dinner
  • Inclusion of sponsor logo to all paper brochures of the conference website and proceedings
  • Sponsor’s brochure into the conference bag

Note: Use your full name as the payment reference. Always place your surname/family name first to ensure correct identification of the transfer.

Bank Charges

All wire transfer fees are the sole responsibility of the sender. The net amount received must equal the full applicable registration fee. Select the OUR charges option at your bank if available.

Proof of Payment


After completing the transfer, send a scan or screenshot of the bank receipt by email to icsaam2026@gmail.com, stating your full name and paper ID (if applicable).
Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of proof of payment and the organizers’ confirmation reply.
